Kit missing hardware

Was mailed my monthly bag kit which I already paid shipping for. Did not open the kit to realize hardware piece was missing. Next my post office says I owe for shipping from Renaissance $5.02. Then I discover it was for missing hardware- package sent to me but with not paying this postage. So disappointing! I think I should receive some type of credit.

Zip it up review

This was a relatively easy project I'm just now finishing. I enjoyed making it and will be making the larger size for my granddaughter's laptop which is 12" X 8.5". We'll see if it fits! I'm enjoying these projects immensely. Looking foreword to the next one. Thanks!
