Blue target Kaffe Fassett Ribbon set on his green fabric: luminous!

Here is a vibrant project that you can do with pretty much any ribbons and fabric your like! Here we chose a Kaffe Fassett Fabric with one of Kaffe Fasset Target Ribbons. We based our project on a well documented tutorial from Ship to my Lou, "How to make a lined Zippered Pouch" :  http://www.skiptomylou.org/2010/04/27/pleated-pouch-tutorial/ We just added the woven ribbon on the top part of the pouch, we want to make one of them for every Kaffe Fassett Ribbon!
