The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are shipped from our location in Northern California  USA  or our Fulfillment center in Arizona- 48 to 72  hours after the order is placed on regular business days, on week end it can take 2 to 3  more days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by US Mail or Priority Mail which are a US Postal Service product or UPS - this is your choice. Cost is calculated on weight with a minimum charge of $4.50 per order
  • After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Never hesitate to contact us if an estimated shipping charge does not seem right, it can happen and we are happy to look into it and fix it when necessary.

The velvety texture is amazingly soft and really pleasant to the touch! Use it as a gorgeous and unique embellishment on bags, pouches, clothes, or cushions. You can also create your own patchwork fabric, stitching pieces together, or simply make a small hand-stitched fabric weight to keep nearby as a petting friend!

This beautiful border nearly looks three dimensional in person! It is simply stunning. The backing appears woven and there is no fraying at cut lines at all. The edges on my piece were not cut precisely (there is a thin black trim line) so I had to trim. Double check yours just in case. I ordered this ribbon for its beauty with no real project in mind; however, I had a last minute ask so made a quick zipper pouch. I have a photo but don't know how to send it here.
