Review concerning kit club

I was excited to receive my first ribbon kit club so promptly. I expected to also receive written data on how this kit club works. I wonder if the shipping date is the same each month. Will it be a different pattern each month ? How does one cancel should I choose to do so?

You really need to read your messages. I have asked on a couple of occasions that you stop sending me the same bag with different ribbon every month.
I would love to still buy from your company but I will cancel my account if you don’t take action regarding my request for you not to send me the SAME monthly kit. I know how to make that bag since it’s the same one each month.
