The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are shipped from our location in Northern California  USA  or our Fulfillment center in Arizona- 48 to 72  hours after the order is placed on regular business days, on week end it can take 2 to 3  more days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by US Mail or Priority Mail which are a US Postal Service product or UPS - this is your choice. Cost is calculated on weight with a minimum charge of $4.50 per order
  • After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Never hesitate to contact us if an estimated shipping charge does not seem right, it can happen and we are happy to look into it and fix it when necessary.

This was purchased for a specific project in mind, and I can hardly wait to get started on it. Grey isn't a color of ribbon I've often bought or even seen available in a large variety of options, but this is perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

Brilliant quality

I ordered quite a few different ribbons to make some dog collars and absolutely LOVE them. Exactly as pictured on the web which makes shopping really easy. I found the cotton webbing to be too wide for my little Pom but was still able to work around that and use the ribbons on a smaller webbing. Instead I made a leash out of the wider webbing which turned out brilliant.
