Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by US Mail or Priority Mail which are a US Postal Service product or UPS - this is your choice. Cost is calculated on weight with a minimum charge of $4.50 per order
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

I like the ribbons. Found the website and purchasing process easy. I do find the number of emails to complete my purchase and all was a bit excessive. I was trying to make up my mind on my purchase. I found the number of follow-up emails annoying.

I love the ribbon, fun and cute! I made the chevron bag from the pattern on your website. I found the directions a little challenging. I am an experienced bag maker and still struggled some. The area of struggle was in direction of bag horizontal or vertical. Based on the picture, it the bag looked more wide than tall, mine came out just the opposite. A careful rework of the instructions maybe needed.
