The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are shipped from our location in Northern California  USA  or our Fulfillment center in Arizona- 48 to 72  hours after the order is placed on regular business days, on week end it can take 2 to 3  more days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by US Mail or Priority Mail which are a US Postal Service product or UPS - this is your choice. Cost is calculated on weight with a minimum charge of $4.50 per order
  • After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Never hesitate to contact us if an estimated shipping charge does not seem right, it can happen and we are happy to look into it and fix it when necessary.

The velvety texture is amazingly soft and really pleasant to the touch! Use it as a gorgeous and unique embellishment on bags, pouches, clothes, or cushions. You can also create your own patchwork fabric, stitching pieces together, or simply make a small hand-stitched fabric weight to keep nearby as a petting friend!

I've been so busy making beautiful bags from my previous shipments that I haven't had a chance to get to these latest selections! I can't hardly wait to create something beautiful with them. So far, all the bags I've made have been absolutely unique and gorgeous - I've never seen anything in the stores that would compare. I gifted 6 of them to fellow co-workers at the end of the school year, filling them with little goodies, and they were all so impressed at how beautiful they were, and more impressed that I'd made them. Parisian Bird Ribbon Review

I love this ribbon! I actually use it to make a small zippered purse. I attach a black/white striped grosgrain ribbon to the top for added height. No need to line, so super fast…..and tres chic!!!

Beautiful ribbons but why 1 yard cuts?

I recently placed an order for several yards of your velvet ribbons. Let me start by saying they are beautiful. I was hoping to use them on some of the bags I make. To my surprise, instead of receiving x# of continuous yardage, each yard was cut and packaged. I will use them for smaller bags but I am disappointed that the velvet ribbons were not continuous so I could use them for larger projects without joining them.
