US orders are shipped by US Mail or Priority Mail which are a US Postal Service product or UPS - this is your choice. Cost is calculated on weight with a minimum charge of $4.50 per order
  • After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Amazing customer service! I called from the post office because my order was lost in a Calif post office, and the postman said after a couple of weeks it must have opened in the machinery and I wouldn't likely ever see it arrive. I called renaissance ribbons and they immediately sent out a new package to me! Oddly, the missing package arrived a month later. Excellent service! Highly recommend!
